Who we are

Charles Buckton trading as CCS Creative Technologies is responsible for the personal information collected through this business website. Contact: ccscreativetech@gmail.com. Correspondence: 78 Seaton Way, Southport, PR9 9GP, United Kingdom.

Information you choose to send

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email, service of interest and a project description. You may also provide a business name and website address. We use this information to understand your request, reply to you, prepare a proposal and keep an appropriate business correspondence record. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, health information or customer records through this form.

Enquiry source information

When you submit an enquiry, we also include campaign labels from the page link and the referring website hostname when available. This helps us understand which promotion led to an enquiry. We do not include the referring page path or its query string, and we do not set cookies or browser storage for this feature. This records enquiry sources, not visitor totals.

Quenvira demonstration

The public Quenvira demo uses fictional records and stores edits in session storage for the current browser tab. This keeps visitors’ edits separate and preserves progress on refresh. Use the reset control to restore the examples. Browser session-restoration features may retain a previous tab’s progress. The demo does not send these records to a business database or collect payments. Do not enter real customer details, access instructions or other personal information. Downloaded exports remain on your device.

How enquiries are handled

The form sends your details to FormSubmit, which forwards the enquiry to our Google Gmail business inbox. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You can instead contact us by email directly.

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs, and may involve processing outside the UK. We do not promise UK-only storage.

Why we use your information

Our purposes are responding to business enquiries, taking steps you request towards a potential contract, delivering agreed services and protecting the website from misuse. We rely on pre-contract steps where applicable and our legitimate interests in managing business correspondence and keeping the service secure. Where a legal record-keeping requirement applies, we retain the relevant record for that purpose.

Retention and access

We review unsuccessful enquiries and aim to delete them within 12 months of the last meaningful contact unless there is a continuing reason to retain them. Customer and contractual records have separate retention needs, explained when a project proceeds. Provider backups and service logs may follow the provider’s own retention arrangements.

Access is limited to the business operator and the service providers needed to run the website and handle correspondence. We do not sell enquiry information.

Your choices and rights

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection or restriction request. The rights available depend on the circumstances. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and external resources

We have not added advertising trackers or site analytics. The page requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. FormSubmit is contacted when you submit the form. Hosting or security features may use essential service cookies. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles.
